Studio Rental Agreement & Policies
By booking a session at Reflect Mirror Photo Studio, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Session Time
Your session begins at the scheduled appointment time and ends at the scheduled finish time.
Session time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to ensure you can use your full session time.
The studio must be vacated promptly at the end of your reserved time.
Additional time may be available depending on schedule and will be charged accordingly.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be modified or rescheduled online up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time at no charge.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will incur a $50 late change fee.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds and will be charged the full session fee.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically process within 4–7 business days.
4. Self-Service Studio Experience
Reflect Mirror Photo Studio is a self-portrait photography studio using a professional camera system behind a two-way mirror.
Clients control the session using a clicker remote.
Final image results depend on timing, posing, movement, and proper use of the clicker.
Images are delivered unedited unless retouching services are purchased separately.
5. Studio Rules
Clients agree to treat the studio, equipment, and furniture with care.
Please follow all posted instructions inside the studio.
Do not unplug, move, or tamper with camera or lighting equipment.
Do not touch the mirror surface.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their session.
6. Food & Drink Policy
No food or beverages are allowed inside the photography studios.
Food and drinks must remain in the lobby area.
Failure to follow this policy may result in cleaning or damage fees.
7. Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed with advance notice.
A $25 pet fee must be selected during booking.
Pets must be well-behaved, on a leash and supervised at all times.
Clients are responsible for any cleaning or damage caused by pets.
8. Family & Minor Policy
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children.
Reflect Mirror Photo Studio staff are not responsible for supervision of minors.
9. Occupancy Limits
To ensure safety and proper studio use, the following occupancy limits apply:
Headshot Studio
Maximum of 2 adults per session
Full Body Studio
Maximum of 4 adults per session
Additional adults require a fee of $25 per person.
For large groups or parties, please select an events package.
10. Prohibited Activities
To maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment, the following are not permitted inside the studio:
• smoking or vaping
• alcohol or illegal substances
• open flames or candles
• glitter, confetti, powders, or messy materials
• paint, oil-based substances, or staining materials
• smoke bombs, fog devices, or similar effects
• food or beverages inside the studios (allowed in lobby only)
• misuse of equipment or furniture
• any activity that may damage studio property
Nudity or sexually explicit content is not permitted.
Lewd, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate imagery is strictly prohibited.
Reflect Mirror Photo Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate any session without refund if these policies are violated.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with these rules.
11. Studio Condition & Cleaning
Clients agree to leave the studio in the same condition it was found.
Shoes must be clean before entering shooting areas.
Excessive mess or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees.
Estimated fees may include:
Cleaning fee: $50–$150
Backdrop damage: $70–$150
Equipment damage: cost of repair or replacement
12. Damage Responsibility
Clients accept financial responsibility for any damage caused to:
• mirror system
• camera equipment
• lighting equipment
• backdrops
• furniture
• floors or walls
Damage fees may be charged to the payment method on file.
13. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
Reflect Mirror Photo Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
14. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Studio Rental Policies.
