Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellation & Refund Window
Appointments must be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are typically processed within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time at no charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $50 late change fee.
All booking updates can be made through the confirmation email or booking link provided at the time of reservation.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking
Booking changes may be made using your confirmation email link or by contacting the studio directly.
Requests are processed once received.
Please allow reasonable processing time for confirmation of changes.
Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate a reasonable solution.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled session and has not provided advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Late Arrivals
Session time begins at the scheduled start time.
Late arrival does not extend the appointment duration.
Clients who arrive late are welcome to use the remaining time in their booking.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that the studio must cancel a session due to equipment malfunction or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to:
• reschedule the session
• receive a full refund
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
