Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know plans change! Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all Reflect bookings.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

You can reschedule your appointment using the Change/Cancel Appointment link in your confirmation email. Your original payment will remain applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Changes requested within 24 hours of your scheduled session are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. Your original payment will remain applied to your new appointment.

All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Studio Credit

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the full amount paid will be retained as Reflect studio credit to use toward a future booking.

Studio credit is valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation and has no cash value.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are not eligible for studio credit.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled session and has not contacted us to cancel or reschedule.

No-shows forfeit the full amount paid and are not eligible for studio credit or rescheduling.

Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing applies to new bookings made during the applicable promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.

Existing appointments may not be canceled and rebooked for the purpose of receiving a subsequently offered promotional price.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms, promotional bookings may be rescheduled according to our standard rescheduling policy. The promotional price originally paid will remain attached to the rescheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Your session begins at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival does not extend the duration of your session.

If you arrive late, you're welcome to use the remaining time in your booking.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.

Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Reflect Mirror Portrait Studio.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Reflect must cancel your session due to equipment malfunction or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule your session, receive studio credit, or receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

Reflect's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

Agreement

By booking a session with Reflect Mirror Portrait Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
