Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

By booking or participating in a session at Reflect Mirror Photo Studio, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Reflect Mirror Photo Studio is a self-service photography environment containing professional lighting equipment, electrical components, furniture, cables, and a custom two-way mirror camera system.

Participation involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• slips, trips, or falls
• interaction with lighting equipment
• electrical equipment use
• movement around studio furniture or props
• use of mirror installations

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the studio.

2. Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless McSquared Enterprises LLC, DBA Reflect Mirror Photo Studio, including its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:

• personal injury
• property damage
• accidents occurring on the premises
• misuse of equipment
• actions of guests included in your booking
• participation in studio activities

This release applies to all claims, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.

3. Responsibility for Guests

You are responsible for all individuals included in your booking.

You agree to ensure all guests follow studio policies and use equipment safely.

You accept financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by members of your group.

4. Minor Responsibility

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Reflect Mirror Photo Studio is not responsible for supervising children.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and conduct of minors.

5. Equipment Use Acknowledgment

You agree not to:

• touch the mirror surface
• unplug or move equipment
• adjust lighting or camera equipment
• misuse furniture or props

Improper use of equipment may result in damage fees.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless McSquared Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the studio
• actions of members of your party
• violation of studio policies
• damage to studio equipment or property

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be handled in Travis County, Texas.

8. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver.
